Every Family Eats Thanksgiving Initiative
The HUSH House Foundation is proud to host its Every Family Eats - Unity in the Community Thanksgiving Initiative on Saturday, November 22, 2025, throughout Plainfield, New Jersey. This heartfelt event brings neighbors together to share love, food, and fellowship while addressing food insecurity among seniors and families in need. Through free hot meals, food basket giveaways, and volunteer outreach, we aim to ensure that every family in our community enjoys a full plate and a full heart this Thanksgiving.

Event Recap (October 4, 2025)
October 4, 2025 • “Don’t Silence the Violence” March & Brunch • Plainfield New Jersey
On October 4, 2025, The HUSH House Foundation hosted its first-ever community march & brunch, “Don’t Silence the Violence,” in Plainfield, New Jersey. Survivors, advocates, city leaders, students, and community members came together in unity to raise awareness about domestic violence and to stand in solidarity with those affected by it. The event featured powerful words from local leaders, heartfelt stories of resilience, and a visible show of support from organizations and residents across the city.
This inaugural march marked a significant step in our mission to break the silence surrounding abuse and create a haven of healing and hope for women and children. It is just the beginning of the movement we are building - one that will continue to grow in strength, impact, and reach.
